Role of mother for her child
1st primary school of a child is his/her own home, where mother plays a most significant role for the growth of children physically as well as mentally. The basic needs' habit comes from the childhood; timely food, study, play and sleep. Mother should give all the necessary nutrition like Horolicks, Complans, Chyawanprash, Shankhpushpi on time regularly.
Right from the beginning of the day Mom should wake-up child on time, make him/her ready for school, before coming back from the school; the snack should be ready, after having snacks make children to play with friends outdoor as well as indoor games. Again prepare him for tuition, later on find time for his/her homework. Allow him for entertainment like TV for Cartoon Network or music for sometime and make sure that child is sleeping on time.
Try to avoid the children from sleeping on the day time and developing habit of late night. "Early to bed and early to rise, makes man healthy, wealthy & wise".
